About Me
I trained as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor at Loyola University New Orleans where I focused on couples and family work and the impacts of intergenerational and developmental trauma on relationships. I'm licensed as an LPCC in California, an LPC in Louisiana, and an LMHC in Massachusetts.In addition to my focus on developmental trauma, my experience includes working with the LGBTQ+ community and adults looking to build creative and alternative lifestyles. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a professional musician, educator, and outdoor trip leader. I am trained in Buddhist Psychology through Spirit Rock Meditation Center.
